Dr. Christine Lewis grew up on a small farm in southeastern Idaho and has lived in the Northwest since the early 1990s. She brings a unique set of skills to the clinic due to her many life experiences. Dr. Chris’ first professional setting was working with schizophrenic and other mentally challenged adolescents and adults. After several years, she went to work at an ambulance and worked in emergency medicine. She has worked as a chiropractor since December of 2014.
These jobs give her a unique understanding of the mechanics of what can happen to the human body in different traumatic situations. When asked, “What is the most important lesson you have learned?” She will tell you it is to respect and appreciate the trust that a patient or their family gives you, as a healthcare provider. They are giving you their most prized gift when they ask you to help them. Her desire to be worthy of that trust from her patients is what motivates her to always keep learning.
